OUR SIGNATURE FITNESS PROGRAMS
Total Body Experience: High intensity interval training) but with a mix of Circuit Training (stations) and Line dancing. This is what the Total Body Experience is, a mix of those three formats with the bread and butter being HIIT Training.
Our TBE classes are sixty minutes of high energy fitness that challenges the mind and the “Total Body", to stay at this high intensity interval for the entire class.
NOTE: This class uses weights, high repetition to the beat of current and old music and high cardio. You will need to bring a mat, towel & water.

TRAP O'LEAN: High intensity, low impact cardio workout on small round trampolines with coordinated routines to trap music.
